Main Purpose of the Position

As a Government Key Account Manager (KAM) Central, Senior Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding complex operational activities to align them with both departmental and organizational objectives. This position requires a strategic mindset to innovate processes, implement best practices, and contribute to long-term business goals. Your leadership will ensure that the team operates efficiently, adheres to high standards of quality, and delivers measurable results that support SPIMACO’s mission of improving lives through pharmaceutical innovation.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team activities to ensure alignment with departmental strategies and organizational priorities.
• Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of professional growth, accountability, and high performance.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of team outputs, adhering to SPIMACO’s standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide actionable feedback and insights to senior management regarding team performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Functional Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between SPIMACO and key government healthcare stakeholders, driving strategic engagement to strengthen partnerships and expand business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading strategic engagement with government healthcare stakeholders to build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Analyzing government market trends, tender activities, and customer requirements to identify sustainable growth opportunities and inform business strategies.
• Supervising the execution of government account plans to achieve sales objectives and align with organizational priorities.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and effective execution of government contracts and customer commitments.
• Monitoring account performance, contract compliance, and service quality to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Investigating customer issues and coordinating swift resolutions to maintain strong, trust-based relationships with government entities.
• Ensuring strict compliance with SPIMACO policies, pharmaceutical regulations, and government procurement requirements across all assigned accounts.
• Reviewing sales performance, account developments, and market intelligence to recommend strategic improvements and actionable business actions.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or government sectors.
• Proven track record in key account management, government engagement, and strategic business development.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
