A Service Advisor is a critical role that bridges the gap between our customers and our service team. This professional is responsible for guiding customers through their vehicle's maintenance or repair process, ensuring they understand their options and addressing any questions they may have before they meet with our Technicians.

• Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify the root cause of issues, determine necessary repairs, and identify parts to be replaced.
• Confirm diagnoses with customers using appropriate diagnostic check sheets, ensuring they are fully informed about the repair process.
• Provide comprehensive information about services and repairs required for customers' vehicles.
• Introduce and promote new services to customers, encouraging upselling opportunities.
• Welcome customers, actively listen to their needs, and schedule appointments as required.
• Work directly with customers to understand their specific needs and provide our Service Technicians with the information necessary to deliver exceptional service.
• Address customer inquiries about service outcomes, scheduling, vehicle drop-off and pick-up, and any other concerns professionally and effectively.
• Follow up with customers regarding estimate approvals, service updates, and completed work.
