The Project Engineer is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and managing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget constraints. This dynamic position involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to plan and execute activities effectively.

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with design requirements and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Procure materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor progress, inspect work quality, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or delays.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, drawings, change orders, and RFIs, for accurate record-keeping.
• Contribute to cost estimation, budget management, and financial reporting to monitor project expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Foster open communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Participate in project meetings, contribute to problem-solving discussions, and provide technical expertise and support.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years of working experience, with 5 years in a relevant role, and 5 years of GCC experience being a plus.
