We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager/ Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our salon operations and drive performance towards established targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The role involves preparing, implementing, and updating business and marketing plans, managing financial budgets, and ensuring the salon's operating procedures and policies are adhered to. You will supervise daily salon operations, liaise with department heads, and assist in developing and updating the salon menu. Client feedback management is also a key responsibility.

Candidates should hold a minimum of a hospitality or salon management qualification, with three years of proven experience in salon management or a related field. Strong business skills in operations management, financial reporting, human resource management, public relations, marketing, retail management, customer service, and industry analysis are essential. Proficiency in English and Arabic, along with computer literacy and strong business writing skills, is required.

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and empathetic leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a professional presentation. The role requires flexibility to work shift hours including nights and weekends.
