Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Oversight: Conduct thorough quality inspections and testing at every stage of the manufacturing process to verify that products adhere to predefined specifications and industry benchmarks.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all products meet rigorous quality standards, including IEC, BS, and ASTM, while aligning with customer requirements to maintain consistency and reliability.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed inspection reports, quality documentation, and compliance certificates to provide transparency and traceability throughout the production cycle.
• Problem Identification and Resolution: Proactively identify quality deviations, defects, or non-conformities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate risks and enhance product integrity.
• Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to foster a culture of quality excellence, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on quality objectives.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and recommending enhancements to manufacturing processes to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a QC Engineer, with a proven track record in quality control within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IEC, BS, and ASTM standards, with the ability to interpret and apply these regulations effectively in a production environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience in conducting inspections, performing tests, and utilizing quality control tools and methodologies to assess product performance and compliance.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey quality-related findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the cable manufacturing industry is advantageous, as it provides specialized knowledge of the unique quality challenges and standards associated with this sector.
