Engineer-Care Team

Join Our Engineering & Facilities Team in Ummahat Islands, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a dedicated Engineer-Care Team member to maintain and enhance our guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas. This role involves planned preventive maintenance, including checking and replacing mattresses, bed frames, vacuuming, stain removal, dusting, and ensuring all furniture and equipment are present and functioning perfectly. You will also be responsible for cleaning and repairing all room surfaces, reporting significant maintenance issues, and adhering to our safety and security protocols.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive maintenance on guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas
• Cleaning and repairing all room surfaces
• Reporting significant maintenance issues and safety hazards
• Adhering to our safety and security protocols
• Following and maintaining our brand and hotel policies
• Upholding our high standards of quality and professionalism
• Physically capable of performing the required tasks, including moving and lifting up to 23 kg

Qualifications:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Less than one year of relevant work experience
• No supervisory experience required
• No specific permits or certifications required
