Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our skilled workshop team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers professionally, actively listen to their vehicle concerns, and provide empathetic support to ensure a positive experience.
• Service Recommendations: Assess vehicle issues and recommend appropriate maintenance or repair services, ensuring customers understand the benefits and necessity of each recommendation.
• Estimate Preparation: Accurately prepare detailed service estimates, including labor and parts costs, while maintaining transparency and trust with customers.
• Workshop Coordination: Liaise closely with our workshop technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, while keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicles.
• Sales and Upselling: Drive sales by identifying opportunities to upsell additional services or products, contributing to the company’s revenue growth while meeting individual and team sales targets.
• Communication Excellence: Translate technical automotive terminology into clear, understandable language for customers, fostering trust and confidence in our services.
• Follow-Up and Retention: Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for automotive services and a strong aptitude for sales and customer relations. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of automotive maintenance, repair services, and workshop processes, with the ability to diagnose common vehicle issues.
• Sales and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in sales, customer service, or a related field. Fluency in Arabic is essential, and strong English communication skills are highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving: The ability to think critically, address customer concerns promptly, and provide practical solutions to enhance their experience.
• Sales Orientation: A goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
