Rawaj, a leading Human Capital Management company, seeks a dynamic Proposal Engineer to join our IT team in Riyadh. This role is instrumental in developing and submitting compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities.

• Prepare and submit high-quality, persuasive proposals that align with client requirements and Rawaj's capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, understand project requirements, and develop winning strategies.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to identify unique selling points and differentiate Rawaj's proposals.
• Ensure proposals are submitted within tight deadlines, maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Rawaj's proposal process and templates.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of IT services, excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of proven experience in proposal writing or a similar role are essential. Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's IT market is a plus.
