Key Responsibilities

As a Sterilization Operator at Zhende Middle East, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of product safety and quality. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring Ethylene Oxide (EtO) sterilization cycles with precision, including the safe loading and unloading of medical devices;
• Preparing, inspecting, packaging, and labeling medical devices in accordance with established protocols;
• Completing production and quality records accurately and in a timely manner, while promptly reporting any malfunctions, deviations, or quality concerns;
• Adhering strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, utilizing the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain an audit-ready work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field;
• Prior experience operating production or industrial equipment;
• Basic proficiency in English and computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications;
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety;
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

While prior experience with autoclave or EtO sterilization processes is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.

Work Environment

This position is based in a state-of-the-art medical device production facility. The role may require shift work to ensure continuous operations and meet production demands.
