Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Techno-Functional Developer specializing in Fusion Kondor BO (Kondor+Trade Processing) to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between technical expertise and functional requirements within the Treasury domain, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of Kondor systems to support business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Kondor’s architecture, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to deliver robust solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy in treasury processes.

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration and Customization: Develop, configure, and customize Fusion Kondor BO modules to align with treasury business processes, including trade lifecycle management, risk assessment, and reporting functionalities.
• Technical Integration: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate Kondor with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Functional Analysis: Conduct detailed functional analysis to identify gaps, propose enhancements, and implement solutions that improve operational workflows and decision-making processes within the treasury department.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Lead and participate in system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate configurations and customizations before deployment.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level support for treasury-related issues, diagnosing technical and functional problems, and delivering timely resolutions to minimize operational disruptions.
• Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including user guides and training materials, to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure smooth adoption of system enhancements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all system configurations and processes adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements, such as Basel III, IFRS, and local treasury guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, gather feedback from end-users, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to optimize treasury operations and system efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the following skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, or Kondor-specific certifications) are advantageous.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Fusion Kondor (Kondor+Trade Processing) is mandatory. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for automation and data analysis is highly desirable.
• Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of treasury operations, including trade processing, risk management, liquidity management, and regulatory reporting.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and business units.
• Project Management: Experience in managing end-to-end projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and post-deployment support, is preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
