Key Responsibilities

• Platform Integration: Develop and deploy chatbot solutions tailored to WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal user experience across all platforms.
• Conversational AI Design: Design, implement, and refine chatbot dialogues, ensuring they are intuitive, responsive, and capable of handling complex user interactions with minimal supervision.
• Backend Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbot systems with existing backend infrastructure, databases, and third-party APIs to enable real-time data processing and decision-making.
• Testing and Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues. Optimize chatbot responses and workflows based on user feedback and analytics.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure chatbot solutions adhere to industry best practices for data security, privacy, and compliance with regional and platform-specific regulations, particularly in the context of user data handling and communication protocols.
• Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive technical documentation for chatbot systems and provide guidance to stakeholders or end-users on effective utilization and management of the deployed solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in chatbot technology, AI, and natural language processing (NLP). Propose and implement enhancements to improve functionality, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Profound knowledge of chatbot development frameworks, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or similar platforms. Experience with WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and Discord Developer Portal is mandatory.
• Programming Expertise: Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js, with a focus on backend development and API integrations.
