• Client Experience: Greet clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Deliver exceptional experiences for all clients, with a special focus on VIP guests. Manage client reception flow, introduce boutique processes, and coordinate client appointments. Plan and execute in-store celebrations flawlessly, overseeing vendor orders and timely follow-ups.
• Team Management: Ensure hospitality team presence around the VIP lounge, act as a role model, manage team roster, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Boutique Operations: Maintain knowledge of all boutique facilities, ensure timely replenishment of hospitality supplies, provide daily reports to the Boutique Manager, and proactively address potential client complaints or frequent inquiries.

We seek candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or retail, excellent verbal and public speaking skills, perfect time management, a vibrant attitude, and a polite personality.
