About the Role

As a Learning Experience Manager – Sciences National Track, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic excellence of our hybrid learning model across Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for an experienced educator who thrives on influencing thousands of students daily, rather than a traditional classroom setting. You will lead the academic strategy for the National track sciences curriculum, ensuring alignment with national assessments and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. This is an academic leadership position where your expertise will directly impact the quality of education delivered to students nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be divided into three core areas, each contributing to the overall success of the program:

• Curriculum & Term Planning (50%)
  • Collaborate with the design team to define the curriculum, including topic sequencing, weighting, and depth.
  • Ensure alignment with national assessments such as Qudurat, Tahsili, and Nafes.
  • Review and approve finalized lessons before they are deployed to students.
• Coaching Delivery Teachers (30%)
  • Provide coaching and professional development to teachers delivering the curriculum in hybrid classrooms.
  • Conduct observations, provide constructive feedback, and implement follow-up strategies to enhance teaching practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement among the teaching team.
• Delivering Lessons (20%)
  • Teach sessions yourself to stay connected with the content and understand its practical application.
  • Gather direct feedback from students to refine and enhance the learning experience.

What You Will Own

As the Learning Experience Manager, you will have full ownership of the academic quality of the sciences curriculum for both Middle School and High School on the National track. This includes:

• Developing term and year plans in collaboration with design leads, ensuring they meet academic and assessment standards.
• Serving as the final academic gatekeeper by reviewing and approving lessons before they reach students.
• Coaching and mentoring the delivery teaching team to elevate their instructional practices.
• Analyzing assessment data, including diagnostics, exit tickets, end-of-chapter results, and learning gains, to inform future curriculum adjustments.
• Acting as the academic voice in cross-functional collaborations with design, learning excellence, product, and data teams.

What We Are Looking For

We seek a seasoned educator with a proven track record in academic leadership and a passion for transforming education through technology. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on classroom teaching experience, with deep expertise in both middle school and high school sciences.
• 3–5 years of experience in coaching or managing other educators, such as a head of department, subject lead, or mentor.
• Familiarity with Saudi national assessments, including Qudurat, Tahsili, and Nafes.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to leverage data to drive instructional decisions.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Residency in Riyadh or willingness to relocate, with the ability to work full-time from our modern office near the Boulevard.
