About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will serve as a key enabler for HR transformation, leveraging technology to drive data-driven decision-making, streamline processes, and elevate the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- System Leadership and Optimization: Oversee the continuous maintenance, configuration, and optimization of the HRIS to align with organizational needs, ensuring peak performance and scalability.
- Strategic Implementation: Lead the deployment of new HRIS modules and enhancements, managing end-to-end project lifecycles from planning to successful rollout, while mitigating risks and ensuring minimal disruption.
- Expert Guidance and Support: Provide specialized technical and operational guidance to HR teams, empowering them to harness HR technology for strategic initiatives and day-to-day efficiency.
- Data Integrity and Compliance: Conduct rigorous data audits to validate the accuracy and integrity of HR information, implementing corrective measures to address discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Advanced Reporting and Analytics: Develop and deliver complex reports and analytical insights to inform HR strategy, measure program effectiveness, and support executive decision-making.
- Training and Change Management: Design and facilitate comprehensive training programs for HR personnel and system users, fostering a culture of proficiency and adaptability in HRIS utilization. Act as a change agent to drive adoption of new systems and processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the IT department to ensure system reliability, resolve technical issues, and oversee seamless upgrades, while serving as the primary liaison between HR and external software vendors to negotiate service agreements and manage vendor relationships.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Research and implement cutting-edge HRIS best practices, staying abreast of industry trends to continuously enhance system capabilities and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HRIS administration, HR technology management, or related HR functions, with a proven track record in system management, analytics, and process optimization.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms, data management principles, and reporting tools, complemented by advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and translate findings into strategic HR initiatives.
- Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in leading system implementations, managing multiple priorities, and delivering projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from HR teams to senior leadership and external partners.
- Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement: A proactive mindset with a focus on identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance HR operations.
