Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Manager - Draftsman Monitoring to join our team in Riyadh. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of drafting and monitoring data within our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Validation: Gather, organize, and validate drafting and monitoring data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Implement robust data entry and verification processes to minimize errors and discrepancies.
• Database Management: Maintain and update drafting and monitoring databases, ensuring data is stored securely, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational policies. Perform regular audits to identify and rectify inconsistencies or outdated information.
• Drafting Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced drafting software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools, to create, modify, and review technical drawings and schematics. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure drawings align with project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Monitoring Data Analysis: Analyze monitoring data to identify trends, anomalies, or potential issues that may impact project outcomes. Generate reports and visualizations to support decision-making and facilitate communication with stakeholders.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all drafting and monitoring data adheres to industry regulations, company standards, and client requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, changes, and approvals for audit and reference purposes.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and quality assurance personnel, to facilitate seamless data flow and resolve discrepancies. Serve as a liaison between drafting and monitoring teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data management workflows, streamline processes, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy. Recommend technological advancements or tools to support data integrity and project success.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the following skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in drafting software or data management are a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) and data management tools. Familiarity with database systems, such as SQL or Oracle, is highly desirable.
