Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic position, your primary focus will be on creating and serving high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages tailored to the diverse preferences of our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting Signature Drinks: Develop and prepare innovative, visually appealing cocktails and beverages that align with current trends while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests in a warm, approachable, and professional manner, ensuring their experience is both enjoyable and memorable. Anticipate their needs and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area, adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Stock and manage inventory to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary and service teams to create cohesive dining experiences, including pairing beverages with menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Upselling and Revenue Growth: Promote premium and specialty drinks to drive sales and contribute to the financial success of the establishment.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment where no two shifts are the same. Be prepared to handle high-volume periods with grace and efficiency while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional bartending experience in a reputable establishment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various spirits, liqueurs, wines, and mixology techniques. Familiarity with local and international beverage trends is a plus.
• Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse cultural backgrounds. A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations are essential.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality or service.
• Certifications: Valid bartending or mixology certification is preferred. Food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications are advantageous.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in Arabic or other languages is highly desirable.
