Situated along the pristine shores of Yanbu, Kaynuna Beach Escape is a dynamic beachfront lifestyle destination meticulously designed to offer relaxation, entertainment, and community living. Spanning an expansive 30,000 square meters, this vibrant venue is engineered to deliver unforgettable seaside experiences. The property features 150 sun loungers, 15 spacious private cabanas (each measuring 50 square meters and accommodating 7–8 guests), a contemporary 200-cover restaurant, a stylish ground-floor shisha lounge, and a lively rooftop bar and terrace connected across two entertainment levels. Additional amenities include a private jetty for sea-taxi arrivals, meticulously landscaped outdoor spaces, a dedicated sports hub and playground, and a year-round calendar of events. Location Overview

Kaynuna Beach Escape is located north of Jeddah on Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast in Yanbu, a destination renowned for its majestic beaches and enchanting offshore islands, including the coastal gem of Al-Nawras Island. The area is served by Prince Abdul Mohsin Bin Abdulaziz International Airport (YNB), situated approximately 25 kilometers away. The airport offers regular domestic flights connecting Yanbu with major cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, ensuring convenient access while maintaining the tranquil seaside ambiance that defines the destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, ensuring meticulous bookkeeping for all hotel transactions and operations.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses, to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections, optimizing cash flow efficiency.
• Assist in the accurate processing of payroll and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and local labor regulations.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Support the preparation of budgets, perform detailed cost analysis, and contribute to financial forecasting to drive operational and strategic planning.
• Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Arabian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal hotel policies to maintain compliance and mitigate financial risks.
• Facilitate internal and external audits by providing comprehensive documentation, explanations, and support as required.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement effective financial controls.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding financial information and handle sensitive data with the utmost responsibility and discretion.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven professional experience as a General Accountant, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial standards, and best practices in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in utilizing accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and financial modeling.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational abilities to manage complex financial tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is considered a valuable asset.
