Presales Cyber Security

Leads the design and delivery of large, complex projects based on requirements, budget, and technical feasibility. Enhances Salam's services by identifying and addressing technical or operational risks, and providing technical strategies and recommendations to meet customers' future expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participates in responding to tenders and alliances with third parties.
• Provides technical consultancy services to clients and assists in technical informative seminars.
• Conducts desktop service feasibility and coordinates with presales interfaces.
• Collaborates with internal and external experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solution definition and development.
• Works with project managers to ensure effective development, delivery, and support of information systems solutions.
• Collaborates with the account team to meet or exceed revenue, product, customer satisfaction, and market share goals.
• Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good understanding of telecommunication technology.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant field.
