We're seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team, providing exceptional customer service and operational support to our global IT users. This role is pivotal in ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly, supporting our mission to deliver future-facing technologies.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all help desk calls within our Service Level Agreement, providing first-line support or escalating issues as needed.
• Provide hardware and software support, liaising with third-party vendors when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems, escalating complex issues to other IT teams.
• Participate in group IT projects and assist other IT staff as directed.
• Maintain local servers, execute scheduled maintenance, and ensure backups are up-to-date.
• Provide out-of-hours call-out support for specified sites as part of a rotation.
• Maintain a tidy and structured working environment.
• Manage and maintain operational PCs and liaise with mobile communications providers.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or equivalent in computer science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Windows operating systems, Office products, desktop hardware, and basic networking knowledge.
• A+ certification preferred or equivalent knowledge to effectively troubleshoot hardware issues.
