Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Coordinator to join our team at SURGCA. This full-time, on-site role is based in Riyadh and plays a pivotal part in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient journey from arrival to departure. The Patient Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and clinical staff, facilitating clear communication and streamlining administrative processes to enhance the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:

• Appointment Management: Scheduling, confirming, and managing patient appointments with precision, ensuring minimal wait times and optimal clinic flow.
• Patient Registration: Handling check-in and check-out procedures, verifying patient details, and updating electronic health records accurately and efficiently.
• Communication Hub: Answering incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing clear and concise information about clinic hours, procedure schedules, and any other relevant details.
• Collaboration with Clinical Teams: Working closely with medical and nursing staff to coordinate patient flow, ensuring seamless transitions between departments and minimizing delays.
• Patient Education: Assisting clinical staff in explaining basic pre- and post-procedure instructions to patients and their families, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for their visit.
• Inquiry Resolution: Addressing patient and family inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism to foster trust and satisfaction.
• Administrative Support: Maintaining organized records, updating patient information, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, nursing, or a related discipline.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English to effectively engage with a diverse patient population and collaborate with multilingual teams.
