We are seeking a dedicated Applications Monitoring Specialist to join our team, supporting a major government entity's large-scale monitoring program. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring business-critical applications run smoothly, 24/7.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Real-time monitoring of application availability, performance, and error rates
• Proactive incident identification and escalation following established procedures
• Log and dashboard review to detect unusual patterns
• Efficient shift handover with clear, accurate notes
• Collaboration with Application SMEs and other technical teams

• Required Skills:
• Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic)
• Basic understanding of application architecture and infrastructure interaction
• Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
• Comfortable working rotating shifts in a continuous operation environment
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an asset
