We are seeking a meticulous and organized Sales Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales documentation, processing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring smooth sales operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and documentation.
• Support the sales team with proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate stock updates to the sales team.
• Track sales targets and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Ensure all sales documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and provide general administrative support to the sales department.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
