Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise systems, core platforms, and integrations that underpin our secure, compliant, and scalable fintech products. This position requires end-to-end ownership of shared capabilities and operational platforms, including third-party integrations, CRM systems, customer support platforms, admin portals, and data infrastructure. These critical systems are utilized across multiple product and business squads, making this role central to our operational and strategic success.

This is a senior-level position demanding exceptional judgment in regulated environments, the ability to lead through influence, and a deep understanding of how platform decisions impact customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-impact role, driving innovation while maintaining rigorous standards of security and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Internal Systems Strategy

• Define and execute a long-term strategy for platform and internal systems that aligns with business growth and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and enforce platform principles and standards, including API-first design, reuse-driven development, audit readiness, and security-by-default protocols.
• Proactively identify structural gaps within the platform and lead initiatives to enhance scalability, reliability, and operational risk management.

Senior Ownership of Third-Party Integrations

• Lead the product ownership of complex third-party integrations, including identity verification providers, credit bureaus, risk data services, banking partners, payment processors, financing collaborators, and government regulatory systems.
• Develop and implement an integration strategy that includes standardized integration patterns, service-level agreements (SLAs), monitoring frameworks, incident management protocols, versioning, migration plans, and deprecation strategies.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and engineering teams to streamline vendor selection, onboarding, and management processes.

CRM, Customer Support & Case Management Platforms

• Drive the product direction for CRM and customer support systems, focusing on customer lifecycle management, case handling, dispute resolution, and escalation processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between CRM, support platforms, and core fintech systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Optimize workflows to minimize manual intervention, reduce resolution times, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Support compliance-driven workflows, including KYC/AML reviews and investigations, to maintain regulatory adherence.

Admin Portals & Operational Tooling

• Lead the product ownership of admin portals and internal dashboards utilized by operations, risk and compliance, customer support, finance, and reconciliation teams.
• Ensure admin tools incorporate role-based access control, comprehensive audit trails, secure approval workflows, and robust exception handling mechanisms.
• Design systems capable of handling high-volume operations with exceptional usability and efficiency.
• Balance operational flexibility with stringent governance and control measures to maintain compliance and security.

Regulatory, Risk & Compliance Leadership

• Act as a senior product partner to Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Information Security teams, translating regulatory obligations into scalable platform capabilities rather than ad-hoc solutions.
• Ensure all platform and operational systems are designed for audit readiness, with full traceability and comprehensive reporting capabilities.
• Lead product responses to regulatory findings, audits, and remediation initiatives, driving continuous improvement and compliance excellence.

Roadmap Ownership & Cross-Squad Alignment

• Own and communicate a multi-quarter platform roadmap that balances regulatory commitments, operational efficiency, and product enablement.
• Drive prioritization decisions that consider the broader company-wide impact and long-term health of the platform.
• Manage complex dependencies across product squads and business functions to ensure cohesive and synchronized execution.

Execution, Quality & Resilience

• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to define and enforce non-functional requirements, including availability, performance, and security standards.
• Establish business continuity and disaster recovery expectations to ensure operational resilience.
• Champion safe delivery practices through staged rollouts, robust monitoring, and proactive incident management.

Metrics, Outcomes & Continuous Improvement

• Define and own key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the impact of platform initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and implementing enhancements to optimize platform capabilities.
