Quality Specialist - Join Our Dynamic Team

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing operational quality, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, identifying areas for continuous improvement, and driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive quality reviews and internal audits to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Analyze operational performance, identify process gaps, and recommend data-driven corrective actions.
• Track and report Quality KPIs, and prepare insightful periodic quality reports.
• Investigate customer complaints related to service quality and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
• Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support the development and continuous improvement of quality management processes.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of quality documentation, procedures, and records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance, or Process Improvement.
• Proven understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience conducting internal audits and analyzing operational performance is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
