Job Title: Retail Manager - Gymshark - Riyadh

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Gymshark, Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with a strong focus on driving sales and exceeding customer expectations.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the store
• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance
• Monitor stock levels and ensure excellent product presentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of store staff
• Collaborate with regional and head office teams to implement marketing campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced, fashion retail environment
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of driving sales
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
