Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, drive financial excellence, and provide critical insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Finance Manager will play a central role in the organization’s financial health and strategic direction. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Financial Leadership: Spearhead the development, implementation, and monitoring of financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to align with business objectives.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Performance Management: Monitor financial KPIs, track performance against targets, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Accounting Oversight: Ensure the integrity and compliance of accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close processes, in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Optimize working capital, manage liquidity, and forecast cash flow to support business operations, investments, and growth initiatives.
• Compliance & Governance: Lead efforts to maintain full compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements while managing relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Strategic Financial Modeling: Develop sophisticated financial models and business cases to evaluate investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other high-impact decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts, collaborating closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals and cost optimization.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks, implement robust internal controls, and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization’s assets and financial health.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor, coach, and lead the finance team to foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing financial insights, strategic recommendations, and data-driven solutions to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree in Finance is a strong plus.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or SOCPA is highly desirable and demonstrates a commitment to excellence in financial management.
• A minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Deep expertise in financial reporting standards (IFRS), budgeting, financial analysis, taxation, and internal controls, with a proven track record of driving financial discipline and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms, enabling seamless financial operations and reporting.

• Strategic Thinking & Stakeholder Management: Capacity to translate financial data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools, along with familiarity with ERP systems.
• Communication & Decision-Making: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive informed decision-making.
