Key Responsibilities

The Partnership & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that contribute to the success of our marketing and partnership strategies. Your core duties will include:

• Marketing Campaign Management: Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement. Leverage your creative skills to propose and implement innovative initiatives that align with our business objectives.
• Vendor & Partnership Coordination: Oversee the registration and qualification of vendors on SAP Ariba, ensuring compliance with procurement standards. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline vendor onboarding and maintain accurate records of company licenses and certifications.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain bilingual meeting minutes in both Arabic and English, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all communications. Manage the drafting, tracking, and follow-up of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to safeguard our business interests.
• Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate corporate events, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules with precision. Your ability to manage logistics and ensure smooth operations will be critical to our success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, legal, and procurement teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. Your role will bridge gaps between departments to foster a cohesive and efficient workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, marketing coordination, or business development support. Prior experience in partnership management, with a solid understanding of MOUs and NDAs, is highly desirable.
• Industry Knowledge: A background in the environmental sector or a closely related field is considered an advantage, though candidates from other industries with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential. Your ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely will be a key asset in this role.
• Organizational & Time Management: Demonstrated strength in organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while meeting tight deadlines. Your commitment to excellence and adaptability in dynamic environments will set you apart.
