JASARA, a leading project management firm specializing in the construction industry, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer - Architecture to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving procurement excellence across architectural, finishes, and building product categories, ensuring seamless coordination, meticulous documentation, and alignment with project objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting procurement activities that underpin the successful delivery of architectural and building product packages.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, fostering clear communication, and delivering comprehensive reporting throughout the procurement lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

• Procurement Coordination: Lead and support procurement activities for architectural, finishes, and building product categories, including supplier engagement, tendering documentation, evaluations, and reporting to ensure alignment with project timelines and specifications.
• Supplier Research & Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth supplier research and contribute to market mapping to identify optimal sourcing opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Documentation & Process Management: Prepare and manage critical procurement documents, including tender schedules, technical return requirements, and commercial templates, while overseeing EOI, PQQ, RFP, and clarification processes.
• Evaluation Support: Assist in organizing and facilitating technical and commercial evaluation workshops to assess supplier proposals and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain procurement logs, supplier registers, and document records to uphold governance standards and facilitate audit trails. Track samples, product information, technical submissions, and evaluation inputs to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a minimum of 4-8 years of procurement experience within the construction, fit-out, real estate, or building materials sectors. A proven track record in procurement for finishes, façade materials, doors and ironmongery, sanitaryware, lighting, and FF&E is essential. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Law, or a related field. Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement, or comparable capital project environments is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management capabilities, a deep understanding of governance frameworks, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous procurement records and documentation are critical to success in this position.
