Digital Transformation & Data Protection Manager

As our Digital Transformation & Data Protection Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our organization's digital evolution and ensuring the security of our data. You will be responsible for developing, planning, and managing the implementation of digital transformation initiatives within the country, with a focus on ERP applications delivery and optimization.

Your strategic role will involve contributing to our IT strategy, advising senior management on emerging technologies, and promoting digital sales & service enablement solutions. You will lead initiatives that modernize operations through automation, cloud adoption, and system integration, and develop business cases to support investment decisions in digital transformation.

Operationally, you will manage and maintain our IT applications landscape, including ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central), and oversee the MS ERP BC project planning and execution. You will review and update Microsoft ERP service levels, advise on suitable solutions for daily B2B challenges, and guide employees through application changes and new technology implementations.

Crucially, you will oversee data protection, security, and business continuity, ensuring our organization's compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable systems for data management, communication, and process automation.

With your expertise, you will enable business operations, efficiency, and innovation, serving as a critical enabler of productivity, connectivity, and business continuity across our organization.
