Key Responsibilities

In this multifaceted position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations across our clubs while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Frontline Operations: Serving as the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm and professional welcome while addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Club Management Support: Assisting in the coordination of daily club operations, including scheduling, staff management, and ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
• Customer Experience Excellence: Delivering outstanding service to enhance member satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the club.
