Your Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager based in Riyadh, you will spearhead high-impact projects focused on advanced cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, robotics integration, and smart city solutions. Your role will serve as a vital operational conduit between global technical teams and regional stakeholders, ensuring seamless project delivery, robust governance, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee the complete project management lifecycle—from strategic planning and execution to monitoring, governance, and successful closure—while maintaining strict adherence to scope, timeline, and budgetary constraints.
• Strategic Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, detailed schedules, and optimized resource allocation strategies to align with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate diverse project teams, fostering collaboration across internal departments and external partners to drive cohesive project outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, public-sector organizations, and international partners, to ensure alignment and mitigate potential conflicts.
• Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard project continuity and success.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track project performance metrics, generate insightful progress reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

Your Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess the following:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of hands-on project management experience, with a proven track record in leading large-scale, complex technology initiatives—preferably within multi-stakeholder or international environments.
• Core Competencies:
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing cross-functional teams and navigating multicultural or multinational project landscapes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive alignment and resolve challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks and implement data-driven solutions.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent credential from a recognized institution.
  • Direct experience collaborating with Saudi government entities or leading public-sector technology projects.
  • Proficiency in modern project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Notion.
  • Hands-on experience in delivering Digital Twin projects, including expertise in 3D modeling, geospatial data integration, IoT platforms, or smart city infrastructure development.
