The Role of a Butler

As a Butler at Red Sea Global Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless, luxurious, and unforgettable stay. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized, attentive, and exceptional service, anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs with precision and discretion. Key Responsibilities

• Guest Relations & Service Excellence:
  • Deliver personalized service by promptly addressing and fulfilling guest requests with care and attention.
  • Anticipate and proactively meet guests' needs, offering tailored services that enhance their stay.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, introduce them to their accommodations, and ensure they are fully comfortable and familiar with their surroundings.
  • Record and consistently meet all guest preferences, including room temperature, pillow types, amenities, and dining choices.
  • Respond swiftly to guest requests, whether related to room service, transportation, or other personalized needs.
  • Provide expert recommendations for dining, activities, and local experiences to exceed guest expectations.
• Personalized Service Delivery:
  • Offer a comprehensive range of personalized services, such as packing and unpacking luggage, arranging transportation, and assisting with reservations for activities or dining.
  • Ensure guest room amenities are consistently replenished and special requests are handled with discretion and efficiency.
  • Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to guest preferences.
  • Assist guests with personal shopping, special arrangements, or unique needs, delivering these services with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate and execute special requests or events, such as private dinners or in-room celebrations, to ensure flawless execution.
• Communication & Coordination:
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office, to ensure seamless fulfillment of guest requests.
  • Update and maintain guest preference profiles, ensuring all team members are informed of special requirements and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, providing timely responses to all inquiries and requests.
  • Stay informed about any changes to guest schedules, preferences, or requirements to proactively anticipate and meet their needs.
