Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced hair treatments, including Korean 15-step hair treatments, deep conditioning, and reparative therapies.
• Provide expert head massage services to enhance relaxation and promote hair and scalp health.
• Consult with clients to assess their hair care needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair treatment industry to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A degree in Cosmetology, Hairdressing, or a related field is required.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of hands-on experience as a Hair Treatment Specialist or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in all hair treatment techniques, including Korean 15-step treatments, head massage, and advanced hair care services.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in executing treatments and maintaining high standards of service quality.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; additional proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
