The ideal candidate will oversee the entire spectrum of project planning and control functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while mitigating risks and optimizing resource allocation. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning Leadership: Direct the development, refinement, and real-time monitoring of integrated master schedules and program plans to align with project milestones and organizational goals.
• Portfolio-Level Governance: Consolidate and analyze project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to generate actionable portfolio-level reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously track project performance against key deliverables, proactively identifying deviations in schedule, cost, or scope. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate seamless collaboration with Project Management Consultants (PMCs), contractors, consultants, and internal teams to align planning efforts, resolve conflicts, and enhance cross-functional synergy.
• Risk and Critical Path Analysis: Conduct in-depth critical path analysis and risk assessments to preemptively address potential bottlenecks. Develop robust progress reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Compliance and Documentation: Oversee document control processes, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Maintain meticulous records to support audit readiness and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, complemented by 12–15 years of specialized experience in Project Planning & Controls.
• Proven expertise in owner-side or PMC environments, with a focus on large-scale development, infrastructure, or real estate projects—demonstrating a history of delivering complex, multi-project portfolios with excellence.
• Technical Proficiency: Mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6, with advanced skills in project scheduling, cost control, budgeting, and portfolio planning tools. Familiarity with risk and change management methodologies is essential.
• Analytical and Reporting Acumen: Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights through comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with diverse teams—from senior executives to field-level personnel—to drive alignment and foster a culture of accountability.
• Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred, reflecting the organization’s global and regional operational scope.
