Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead the strategic delivery of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Managed Services projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management, a deep understanding of cybersecurity governance frameworks, and exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities. This role demands a proactive leader capable of driving project success while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the following core duties:

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee the complete lifecycle of GRC Managed Services projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Scope and Schedule Management: Define, monitor, and control project scope, timelines, and milestones while mitigating risks to prevent deviations from the planned trajectory.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and senior leadership, fostering transparent and effective communication to maintain alignment and trust.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), project governance policies, and industry best practices to uphold operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Reporting and Documentation: Develop and present detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reports, highlighting progress, risks, and key performance indicators to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with technical teams, including cybersecurity, IT/OT, and service delivery units, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with technical requirements.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Certifications: A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory. A Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification is highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in Project Management, IT/OT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Cybersecurity Management, or Service Delivery.
• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the Energy, Government, or Financial Services sectors, with a focus on operations within Saudi Arabia.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential to facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
