Key Responsibilities

As a Bartender at The Chedi Hegra, your responsibilities will include:

• Beverage Preparation and Service: Expertly prepare, mix, and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Guest Engagement: Warmly interact with guests, providing personalized drink recommendations and sharing insights into our signature menu items to enhance their experience.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a pristine bar area by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep of tools, equipment, and supplies to uphold hygiene and operational efficiency.
• Compliance and Safety: Strictly adhere to health, safety, and legal standards governing beverage service, including age verification and responsible alcohol service.
• Inventory Management: Proactively restock bar inventory and supplies, conducting regular checks to optimize workflow and minimize disruptions during service.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to foster a welcoming, efficient, and cohesive atmosphere, while promptly addressing and resolving any guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

To thrive in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Demonstrated experience as a bartender in a high-end hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
• Beverage Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits, along with the ability to craft and recommend beverages tailored to guest preferences.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong guest-centric mindset and the capacity to engage warmly and professionally with diverse clientele.
• Multitasking and Composure: Ability to multitask efficiently, work under pressure, and maintain composure during peak service periods to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.

Preferred Qualifications
