Key Responsibilities

• Site Activity Oversight: Monitor and supervise daily construction activities to ensure seamless progress, strict adherence to project specifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Technical Execution: Implement and oversee site works in strict accordance with approved engineering drawings, ensuring precision, quality, and alignment with design intent.
• Concrete Works Supervision: Lead and coordinate concrete works, including quality control measures, supplier coordination, and contractor management to ensure structural integrity and project timelines.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct daily inspections in collaboration with the Quality Control team and external consultants to identify deviations, implement corrective actions, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare comprehensive progress reports that detail milestones achieved, challenges encountered, and overall project status, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Construction Planning: Work closely with the Construction Manager to develop and execute detailed construction phase plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timeline adherence.
• Procurement Coordination: Partner with the procurement team to facilitate the timely availability of materials, optimize inventory management, and mitigate supply chain risks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a Site Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry regulations, including local and international standards.
• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and applying engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of identifying potential issues and implementing timely solutions.
