Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Return Officer to enhance our operational efficiency by managing the end-to-end process of returned items. Key Responsibilities

The Return Officer will be tasked with a range of critical duties, including:

• Receiving and Verification: Accurately receive returned items, cross-check quantities against documentation, and validate the integrity of all associated records to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Inspection and Classification: Conduct thorough inspections of returned products to assess their condition, categorizing them appropriately for further processing, repair, restocking, or disposal.
• System Documentation: Update return transactions in the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with precision, ensuring real-time accuracy and traceability.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with warehouse, inventory, quality assurance (QA), and returns teams to resolve discrepancies, streamline workflows, and facilitate efficient resolution of return-related issues.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of all return activities, including inspection reports, transaction logs, and communication trails, to support audits and operational reviews.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols during the handling of returned items, mitigating risks and ensuring a secure working environment.

Qualifications and Skills
