Key Responsibilities

As the Operation Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of critical functions, including:

• Operational Leadership: Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with business goals, maintaining high standards of productivity, quality, and efficiency across all departments.
• Process Optimization: Identify, implement, and monitor process improvements to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and streamline workflows in line with industry best practices.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of materials, minimize supply chain disruptions, and maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, finance, and customer support teams to align operational activities with market demands, project timelines, and customer expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or APICS) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the technology, manufacturing, or IT infrastructure sectors. Experience in a multinational or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and drive organizational change in a dynamic setting.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, supply chain management tools, and operational software is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable asset.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry compliance standards relevant to operations in Saudi Arabia.
