Senior IT Specialist – Bridging Global IT Excellence with Local Expertise

As a **Senior IT Specialist**, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our **China Headquarters** and overseas subsidiaries, ensuring seamless alignment of local IT operations with global corporate standards. This pivotal role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving efficiency, security, and innovation across diverse IT environments. You will take full ownership of end-to-end IT infrastructure deployment, system operations, and asset management—delivering consistent, high-performance solutions that empower both office and retail sites while adhering to stringent corporate policies.

In this dynamic position, you will lead initiatives that enhance operational resilience, optimize system performance, and foster collaboration between regional teams and global leadership. Your ability to anticipate challenges, implement scalable solutions, and maintain transparent communication will be instrumental in ensuring smooth IT governance across international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Global IT Standardization & Compliance: Enforce corporate IT policies, security protocols, and best practices to ensure local infrastructure aligns seamlessly with global architecture. Drive continuous improvement through regular reporting, risk mitigation, and remediation closure.
• End-to-End IT Project Delivery: Oversee full-cycle site rollouts, including site surveys, cabling planning, hardware deployment, and system commissioning for offices and retail locations. Ensure timely, high-quality execution while maintaining adherence to corporate standards.
• Endpoint & Application Management: Establish and maintain a standardized PC endpoint framework, including bulk deployment, ongoing support, and troubleshooting of critical business applications to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Critical Infrastructure Support: Manage and maintain AV conferencing systems, access control, CCTV, IP telephony, and multi-function printers to ensure reliable communication and operational continuity.
• Network & Service Administration: Administer DNS and DHCP services while independently diagnosing and resolving network incidents to uphold system stability and performance.
• IT Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets—from requirement gathering and procurement to inventory tracking, maintenance, periodic audits, and retirement—ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
• Core Enterprise Systems Support: Administer and optimize core systems including Active Directory (AD), PBX, email platforms, Citrix virtualization, and Synology NAS to support business-critical operations.
• Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement: Provide on-site support alongside HQ security and network teams, liaise with local regulators, external auditors, and third-party vendors, and oversee service delivery quality to meet global standards.
• Documentation & Process Improvement: Develop comprehensive technical documentation and operational SOPs to standardize local IT workflows, reducing inefficiencies and improving scalability.
