Human Resource Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives. Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and best practices in human resource management.
• Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational needs and cultural fit.
• Employee Engagement & Development: Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth. Implement performance management systems, career development programs, and succession planning strategies.
• HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing with precision and confidentiality.
• Change Management & Communication: Act as a change agent, facilitating smooth transitions during organizational changes such as restructuring, mergers, or policy updates. Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics and workforce data to generate actionable insights. Present findings to senior leadership to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and employee relations.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR analytics tools is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Location & Availability: Must be located within a commutable distance to Jeddah, Makkah, or surrounding areas in Saudi Arabia. Willingness to work on-site and maintain flexibility to meet business demands.
