Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer purchases and overall revenue.
• Customer-Centric Engagement: Provide exceptional product knowledge and personalized assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions. Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, fostering trust and loyalty while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure products are displayed attractively and in compliance with company standards. Monitor promotions, pricing, and stock levels to maintain accuracy and availability. Collaborate with inventory teams to optimize stock management and support accurate stock counts.
• Compliance and Professionalism: Adhere strictly to company policies, Saudi retail regulations, and labor laws. Maintain professional grooming standards and conduct that aligns with our brand values and customer expectations.

Requirements and Competencies

To excel in this role, we are looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, with a preference for backgrounds in electronics, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or fashion.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and closing abilities to convert leads into loyal customers and drive revenue growth.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and administrative tasks.
