• Optimize Operations: Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures, inventory management systems, and resource allocation strategies to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits to guarantee compliance and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with facility managers, clients, and internal teams to align cleaning services with operational needs, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate team performance, and implement training or corrective actions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Maintain Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on cleaning activities, equipment maintenance, supply usage, and team performance for internal and external reviews.
• Procure and Manage Supplies: Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Innovate and Improve: Identify opportunities for process improvement, introduce new cleaning technologies or methodologies, and recommend cost-saving initiatives to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in facility management, cleaning operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
