Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Provide expert clinical care across ENT subspecialties, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Perform advanced surgical procedures, including complex cases in Rhinology, Otology, Head & Neck Surgery, and Pediatric ENT, adhering to the highest standards of safety and precision.
• Lead and mentor junior medical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
• Contribute to medical research, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with other specialists to develop and implement innovative treatment protocols.

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking candidates with:

• A qualified medical degree recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) or an equivalent regulatory body.
• Certification in a relevant ENT subspecialty, with a preference for Western Board certification (e.g., American Board of Otolaryngology) or CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training).
• Tertiary-care experience is highly valued, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex and high-acuity cases.
• Proven expertise in Rhinology, Otology, Head & Neck Surgery, or Pediatric ENT, with a track record of successful surgical interventions and patient management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment.
