Position Overview

My Aerial Home, a premier School of Aerial Dance and Circus, is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Membership Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities

The Membership Manager will play a central role in managing and expanding our membership base. The core responsibilities include:

• Membership Development: Identify and implement strategies to attract new members, including outreach programs, partnerships, and targeted marketing initiatives. Foster a sense of community among existing members to encourage retention and referrals.
• Administrative Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of membership administration, including processing applications, renewals, and updates to member records. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all membership-related data and communications.
• Member Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance member engagement, such as exclusive events, workshops, and networking opportunities. Act as a liaison between members and the school to address inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to manage membership fees, billing, and payment processing. Monitor revenue streams and provide regular reports on membership trends and financial performance.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing, artistic, and operations teams to align membership strategies with the overall goals of My Aerial Home. Represent the school at industry events, conferences, and community outreach programs to promote our programs and services.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize membership management software and tools to track key metrics, analyze trends, and generate insights to inform strategic decisions. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on membership growth, engagement levels, and program effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications and possess the following skills:

• Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, arts administration, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in membership management, customer service, or a similar administrative role is required. Experience in the performing arts industry is a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in membership management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms is desirable.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members, staff, and external stakeholders. A customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Organizational and Time Management: Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
