Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to installation, commissioning, and final handover, ensuring timely delivery that aligns with customer expectations and industry standards.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Analyze complex manufacturing, assembly, and inspection processes to identify opportunities for automation and machine vision solutions. Develop tailored application concepts, conduct feasibility studies, and validate proposals through proof-of-concept (POC) testing and performance evaluations.
• System Design and Optimization: Specify, configure, and fine-tune vision systems—including cameras, optics, lighting, software, and automation interfaces—to meet precise inspection requirements. Leverage your expertise to optimize system performance for accuracy, speed, and reliability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the technical liaison between customers, internal engineering teams, suppliers, and service personnel. Facilitate seamless coordination, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Quality Assurance and Validation: Lead factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and customer sign-off processes. Oversee installation, calibration, and testing activities to guarantee systems meet operational and performance benchmarks.
• Technical Support and Training: Provide hands-on guidance to customers during implementation, troubleshoot technical challenges, and deliver comprehensive training on system operation, maintenance, and best practices to ensure long-term success.
• Pre-Sales Engagement: Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to translate technical requirements into compelling solutions during customer presentations and technical discussions.
• Compliance and Process Adherence: Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and project management, ensuring all deliverables meet regulatory and operational guidelines.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, proactive relationships with clients to understand evolving needs, anticipate challenges, and drive sustained satisfaction through innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven professional with the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 2–5 years in Project Engineering, Application Engineering, Industrial Automation, Machine Vision, or Inspection Systems, with a focus on managing technical projects in manufacturing or automation environments.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with machine vision solutions, including cameras, optics, lighting systems, sensors, and vision software. Familiarity with PLCs, industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus, OPC UA), and automation integration is a significant advantage.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in sectors such as Automotive, Electronics, Solar, Glass, Packaging, Metals, Paper, Film, or General Manufacturing is highly beneficial.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex projects and diverse teams.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally and internationally to support on-site project activities, installations, and training sessions.
