Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Fabricator I to join our dynamic team. Under the guidance of a supervisor, this role involves executing daily tasks with precision while contributing to the efficient operation of our fabrication processes. Key Responsibilities

• Task Execution and Planning: Perform daily work assignments under direct supervision, interpreting instructions and documentation to plan and execute tasks effectively. Assist in coordinating the movement of materials and equipment to designated work locations, ensuring a streamlined workflow.
• Record Keeping and Maintenance: Complete and review necessary records to maintain accurate documentation of work activities. Responsible for the upkeep of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition for seamless operations.
• Worksite Preparation: Assist in setting up the work site to meet project requirements, including organizing tools, materials, and safety equipment. Contribute to a clean and organized work environment by performing routine clean-up activities.
• Physical Requirements: The role may involve moderate to heavy lifting, requiring physical stamina and the ability to handle materials safely. Candidates should be prepared to meet the demands of the job with attention to ergonomics and proper lifting techniques.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety rules and procedures, including the consistent use of required personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain awareness of potential hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate risks in the workplace.

Qualifications and Experience
