Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology and Aesthetics Specialist (اخصائية جلدية وتجميل) to fill a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dermatological consultations, perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments, and deliver long-term patient care. This role encompasses assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, overseeing the implementation of care protocols, and ensuring adherence to stringent safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with medical and paramedical teams, and contributing to patient education initiatives focused on skin health and aesthetic care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough dermatological consultations to diagnose and treat common skin conditions.
• Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including chemical peels, laser treatments, injectables, and rejuvenation therapies.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals.
• Ensure compliance with medical and aesthetic safety protocols, asepsis, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Educate patients on skin health, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to enhance outcomes.
• Participate in awareness campaigns or informational sessions to promote dermatological and aesthetic wellness.
• Adhere to international healthcare standards and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A medical degree with a specialization in dermatology or a recognized diploma in dermatology and aesthetics, along with a valid license to practice or eligibility for qualification recognition.
• Proven clinical experience in dermatology, including the diagnosis and management of common skin pathologies.
• Hands-on experience in aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, laser therapy, non-surgical injections, and anti-aging procedures.
• Strong knowledge of medical and aesthetic safety protocols, aseptic techniques, and patient care quality standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy, active listening, and clarity in patient interactions.
• Proficiency in working within multidisciplinary teams and handling sensitive patient situations with professionalism.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accurate medical documentation and procedural compliance.
• Adaptability to an international work environment and cultural diversity.
• Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred; proficiency in English or French is considered an additional advantage.
• Prior experience in the Middle East or within international clinics is a plus.
