Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our esteemed team at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, located on the breathtaking Ummahat Island in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests experience unparalleled comfort, luxury, and cleanliness throughout their stay. As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all hotel areas, contributing to an unforgettable guest experience. This is a full-time, non-management position that requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to perform a variety of housekeeping and maintenance tasks with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert will play a vital role in upholding the reputation of St. Regis Hotels & Resorts by performing a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

• Guest Requests and Service: Promptly addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns related to cleanliness and room amenities to ensure a seamless and satisfactory stay.
• Room and Public Space Maintenance: Conducting thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, suites, hallways, lobbies, and other public areas to maintain a pristine and inviting environment.
• Supply Management: Stocking and replenishing cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities on cleaning carts and in designated storage areas to ensure operational readiness.
• Physical Demands: Performing tasks that require prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg) without assistance. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards to create a secure and hazard-free workplace for both guests and staff.
• Professional Appearance and Communication: Maintaining a polished and professional appearance, including the proper use of uniforms, grooming standards, and courteous communication with guests and colleagues.
• Confidentiality and Discretion: Handling guest information and hotel operations with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
