Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer – Retail to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling graphics that enhance the retail experience, support marketing initiatives, and align with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities

• Brand-Centric Design: Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all retail materials, including in-store signage, packaging, promotional collateral, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with Rawaj’s corporate identity and retail objectives.
• Retail-Focused Creativity: Create innovative and engaging designs tailored to the retail environment, such as store layouts, product displays, seasonal campaigns, and point-of-sale materials, to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and retail operations, to gather insights, refine concepts, and deliver cohesive design solutions that meet business goals.
• Digital and Print Media: Produce high-quality designs for both digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, email campaigns, banners, posters, and interactive displays, while adhering to technical specifications and industry standards.
• Design Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-leading design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create, edit, and optimize visual content efficiently and effectively.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely execution, adherence to deadlines, and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on global and regional design trends, retail aesthetics, and consumer preferences to ensure our visual communications remain fresh, relevant, and competitive in the market.
• Feedback Integration: Receive and incorporate feedback from creative directors, retail managers, and other stakeholders to refine and enhance design outputs, ensuring they meet both creative and business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. A portfolio showcasing retail-focused design work is highly desirable.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in retail, marketing, or advertising environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Canva. Knowledge of print production processes and digital design standards is a plus.
• Creative and Analytical Skills: Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, developing designs that are both visually appealing and aligned with business objectives.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to foster productive collaborations.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness of local and regional design preferences, cultural nuances, and market trends in the Saudi retail sector to ensure designs resonate with the target audience.
• Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
